We customize SuperOffice according to your design
• Customized customer and contact fields
• Project setup and management
• Sales funnel, service processes, and activities
• Roles and permissions for different functions
• Dashboards and reports that align with your management information

We work closely with your key users for interim feedback.

Creating links
Our technical consultants and programmers build the links to your other systems. In doing so, we pay attention to:
• performance and stability
• error handling and logging
• minimal impact on existing systems
• security and authorization

Where necessary, we liaise with suppliers of your other software. We speak their language.

Testing with real-life cases
We don't just test technically, but above all functionally:
• Does the data in SuperOffice match that in your source systems?
• Do employees recognize their daily situations in the new environment?
• Do the most important scenarios (e.g., new customer, new order, service case) work from A to Z?
If we discover anything, we improve it before going live.

Data migration without surprises
Do you already have data in old CRM systems, Excel lists, or other sources? Then we will take care of:
• cleaning up and logically merging
• test migrations with checks by key users
• clear agreements about what will and will not be migrated

This way, you start with a clean and recognizable database.
